Return and Refund Policy
At EquallyTy, we strive to provide the highest quality custom software services. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to request a refund from the date of your purchase. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof of purchase and a valid reason for the refund request.
Services that have been fully delivered and accepted by the client are not eligible for a refund after 15 calendar days from purchase date. Additionally, any services involving custom development that has already commenced are non-refundable.
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support at reachus@equallyty.com with your order details. We will review your request and notify you of the status of your refund within a reasonable period.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The credit will be applied within a 7 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
